DELIVERY COSTS (UK)

We offer free standard delivery to most addresses within the UK (excluding Highlands & Islands) with a subtotal of £130 or more. For orders under £130, we charge a flat rate of £6.95 per order.

DISPATCH TIMES

Provided all items are in stock, wholesale orders are typically dispatched within 1 business day. Please allow some extra time during busy periods and 14 days for us to dispatch back orders.

DELIVERY TIMES

Once dispatched, wholesale orders should typically arrive within 1-2 business days. On rare occasions or during busy holiday periods, delivery could take longer.

RETURNS / LOSSES

Please note – Returns must not be sent to the return address on shipping labels. If you are not entirely satisfied with your order, please notify us via email within 3 days of delivery, stating your order number and reason for return in order to receive our return address. If this is not done then a restocking fee may apply as we get charged by our fulfilment centre for each product that is returned. Please return orders to us in its original condition within 14 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange, minus shipping costs (and possibly a restocking fee).
